This Fair Trade Organic coffee is produced in La Esmeralda, Marcala, La Paz by Don Oscar Omar Alonzo. Great summer coffee. Don Oscar produces one of the finest and most complex coffees not only in the region, but all of Honduras.

Honduran Cual Bicicleta SemiWash
Shenandoah Joe was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to get two bags of Cual Bicicleta processed semi washed. This is a great summer coffee and Don Oscar produces one of the finest and most complex coffees not only in the region, but all of Honduras.

Costa Rican Finca Familia Stellar
This coffee is produced in the West Valley, Naranjo region. This organic coffee is produced by Alexis Stellar who continues to grow coffee in his family tradition.

Costa Rican Finca la Pastora Natural
This coffee is produced in the Santa Maria de Dota region of Tarrazu. Produced by the Minor Esquival Picado who is fanatical about the ripeness of fruit picked for his coffee.

Colombian Santa Barbara Estate Cascara (current Roaster’s Choice)
Cascara is the dried skins/husks of coffee cherries. These pulped skins are collected after the seeds (coffee beans) have been removed from the cherries. They are then dried in the sun and bagged. Cascara is found somewhere between coffee and tea. Although it comes from a coffee plant, it doesn’t drink like a coffee. It can be brewed as tea or made into a concentrate for Italian sodas and other creative inventions.

El Salvador Finca Siberia
This coffee produced in Santa Ana, El Salvador and produced by Rafael and Carmen Silva Hoff. It is shade grown. Cupping notes; sweet cherry, creamy body, sugar cane and caramel flavors.
