Besides roasting coffee, Dave’s other passion is BBQ and smoking. This summer he brought them both together and created a great dry rub.
A blend of two natural Ethiopian coffees. Stella has notes of berry and a nice mouthfeel. It’s fruit-forward and a great blend for all brewing methods, including espresso, pour over, and cold brew.
A blend of three different natural processed coffees with a creamy mouthfeel and subtle hints of PB&J.
