In honor of baseball coming back, we are offering this limited availability blend. We have only 200lbs. An El Salvador coffee from one of our favorite farms – Finca Siberia. It’s a blend of the same varietal processed two different ways – hence the name Two Bagger.
Besides roasting coffee, Dave’s other passion is BBQ and smoking. This summer he brought them both together and created a great dry rub.
A blend of two natural Ethiopian coffees. Stella has notes of berry and a nice mouthfeel. It’s fruit-forward and a great blend for all brewing methods, including espresso, pour over, and cold brew.
